Basically, when I tried to find the information about redeeming Roblox customer support tickets, I did not find the official information about it from Roblox official website. However, there is a Youtube account named YaBoyDylan where he created a video entitled How to Put Your Roblox Support Ticket Code on Your Profile Even If You Have Safe Chat which was uploaded on March 5th, 2021. The length of this video is 11 minutes 17 seconds and it has been watched more than 55k times.

According to that video, the code that you got from Roblox email must be put on your Roblox account profile. As you are able to see from the video that first he filled out the form in the Contact Us of Roblox site. He entered his name, email address, confirm email address, username, what device you are having the problem on, type of help category, and description of the issue. Just pretend that he had sent the form and then he got an email from Roblox with the code. He said that you can put the code in your profile. How to do that? First, you have to access your Roblox profile and then click your About and then you have to paste the code there. Just watch the video until the end to know how to put the code in your profile.

He said that if you put the Roblox Customer support code on your profile, the Roblox team will track your account and they will contact you to solve your problem regarding Roblox.
