After you are inside, you will find a question with three doors below it. Of course, you should answer the questions correctly by walking through the correct answer’s doorway. Additionally, there will be an answer on the top of each door.

Afterwards, you need to pick the correct answer to progress further and repeat the process until you reach the final room.  After you have completed all of the questions correctly, you will successfully get the Pet Tags.
