There are four on site restaurants in the Four Seasons. Some menus are offered ranging from the classical French cuisine to sushi and sashimi. The main restaurant of the resort is called Tere Nui. This one serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The type of breakfast that is served in buffet style, which includes American favorites such as omelets and pancakes with the addition of local specialties such as poisson cru and coconut sweet bread. There is an a la chare lunch menu offered by the restaurant but it can be transformed back into a buffet restaurant at the dinner time. They use different themes for each night of the week buffet. Some of the themes include Italian, Tahitian, or grill night.
The second restaurant is Arii Moana. This one is the signature restaurant of the Four Season resort. It opens every night for dinner and it serves French Polynesian fusion cuisine. The restaurant looks good with bold texture details and dark woods throughout. If you want to have dinner at this restaurant, it is better for you to make a reservation in advance.
The third one is known as the Sunnet Bar. This one is the perfect one for those who love to watch the sun set each evening. Since it is an open bar, the place looks like a lounge with low lying tables and chairs and there is also an L-shaped bar overlooking the water. The guests will be served with the exotic cocktails and Asian light fare such as sushi and sashimi.
The fourth one is the Hoa Beach Bar and Grill. This one opens every day for lunch and sometimes it is also available for dinner. It is the alternative for those who want to take a break from the luxurious resort dining since every menu is casual. Apart from these four restaurants, Four Seasons also has a weekly Polynesian show. You might think it is all about the show when you hear the title but it is not.
