    • The first step to do is to log in to your Cidnet account by entering your email and password.

    • After logging in, find the Support button and click on it. The Support button can be found between the Terms button and the Logout button.

    • After you click on the Support button, now you will be on the Support page. On that page, click on the green New Request button.

    • And then, there will appear the categories such as whether you cannot find an inmate, having questions about billing, having issues with video cueing, having issues with mail cueing, having a general question, having issues with verifying your phone number, wanting to sell back your unused data or other as you can see in the picture below.

      The thing that you have to do here is to click on one of the categories based on the issue that you are facing.
    • Now, in the Description section, type your question or the issue. When you are typing the issue, you are required to do that as descriptive as possible so that the support team can help you as soon as possible.

    • After you type the question or the issue, then click on the blue Submit button. And then, there will be a message on the screen informing you that your request has been submitted.

    • In the details section of your support request, you are able to see the information of the status of the ticket, the date of submitting the ticket, and the last activity. If it has been responded by the support team, there will be an answer from them. If you still have a question, you can respond back. However, if the answer is clear for you, then you can close the ticket.
