What Causes of Your Username Does Not Match?
If you get a pop up window that informs you that your username does not match when filling out the appeal form, it means that your username is different from the username in the ticket. The ticket can be mentioned as a queue for Roblox Support to handle your issue.

According to Roblox Help Page, there are two moderation types to appeal to Roblox Support. What are they?
Type 1: Appeal your content moderation
If there’s any content on your Roblox account that seems to violate Roblox terms & conditions, Roblox will automatically remove or block your account. If you feel you don’t violate Roblox terms & conditions, you may need to contact Roblox Support. Then, the Roblox team will review the situation.
The contents that commonly get banned by Roblox include the decals, experience, audio files, clothes, group logos and many more. Although most content typically can be restored after moderation, the Appeals team will do their best to find out a satisfying way for every Roblox user.
To submit an appeal of your content moderation, you should contact the Roblox Appeals team by filling out the form that can be found here. On the appeal form, you have to provide some information including:

- Provide your account username
- Inform your statement briefly regardless to reason why you submit an appeal
- Provide a link to your content on Roblox’s official site
- If you submit an appeal for an audio file, you can include a copy of the uploaded audio file attached in your appeal.
Type 2: Appeal your account moderation
Just like your content moderation, you may also have to contact the Roblox Appeals team to review the solution if your Roblox account has been banned or moderated. After that, the Roblox Appeals team will give the moderation a second look and create any necessary adjustments to your account’s moderation status.

Before you submit an appeal of either your content moderation or your account moderation, you may wonder how good the Roblox Support is. However, you really need the Roblox Appeals team to respond and solve your solution.
Talking about the performance of Roblox Support cannot be separated from what people’s opinion. In other words, every Roblox player may think differently about the performance of Roblox Support. Thanks to Roblox DevForum, we finally got what people have thought of Roblox Support.
Reportedly, Roblox Support currently gets a very low rating. Based on some DevForum members, Roblox Support has very terrible services when handling the player’s issue. Some stated that Roblox Support cannot really solve any issues that happened to Roblox players.
For the result, Roblox Support has roughly 70% negative reviews from DevForum members. Others even said that Roblox Support are not helpful where they commonly give responses in the same answer or duplicate answer.
