Noblesse Oblige Set Bonuses

Noblesse Oblige artifact consists of 2 sets including 2-Piece Bonus and 4-Piece Bonus. Of course, both have different bonuses which will be explained as follow:

• 2-Piece Bonus: Elemental Burst DMG +20%.
• 4-Piece Bonus: By using an Elemental Burst, it will increase all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12 seconds. Its effect cannot stack.

The Main Stat of Noblesse Oblige Artifact

You may already know that each artifact has one main stat which is set by the artifact’s type/slot. The starting value is also set by the artifact’s rarity. The Noblesse Oblige artifact comes in 4-star and 5-star rarity.

Here’s a list of Noblesse Oblige main stat:

• • Flower of Life

For 4-star rarity, the HP will be around 654 – 3,571 and for 5-star rarity, the HP will be 717 – 4,780.

• • Plume of Death

For 4-star rarity, the ATK will be 42 – 232 and for 5-star rarity, the ATK will be 47 – 311.

• • Sands of Eon

For 4-star rarity, the HP will be 6.3 – 34.8%, the DEF will be 7.9 – 43.5%, the ATK will be 6.3 – 34.8%, the Elemental Mastery will be 25 – 139 and the Energy Recharge will be around 7.0 – 38.7%.

For 5-star rarity, the HP will be 7.0 – 46.6%, the DEF will be 8.7 – 58.3%, the ATK will be 7.0 – 46.6%, the Elemental Mastery will be 28 – 187 and the Energy Recharge will be around 7.8 – 51.8%.

• • Goblet of Eonothem

For 4-star rarity, the HP will be 6.3 – 34.8%, the DEF will be 7.9 – 43.5%, the ATK will be 6.3 – 34.8%, the Elemental Mastery will be 25 – 139 and Elemental DMG Bonus will be 6.3 – 34.8% and Physical DMG Bonus will be 7.9 – 43.5%

For 5-star rarity, the HP will be 7.0 – 46.6%, the DEF will be 8.7 – 58.3%, the ATK will be 7.0 – 46.6%, the Elemental Mastery will be 28 – 187 and Elemental DMG Bonus will be 7.0 – 46.6% and Physical DMG Bonus will be 8.7 – 58.3%

• • Circlet of Logos

For 4-star rarity, the HP will be around 6.3 – 34.8%, the DEF will be 7.9 – 43.5%, the ATK will be 6.3 – 34.8%, the Elemental Mastery will be 25 – 139 and the Crit Rate will be 4.2 – 23.2%, the Crit DMG will be 8.4 – 46.4% and the Healing Bonus will be 4.8 – 26.8%.

For 5-star rarity, the HP will be 7.0 – 46.6%, the DEF will be 8.7 – 58.3%, the ATK will be 7.0 – 46.6%, the Elemental Mastery will be 28 – 187 and the Crit Rate will be 4.7 – 31.1%, the Crit DMG will be 9.3 – 62.2% and the Healing Bonus will be 5.4 – 35.9%.

The Sub Stat of Noblesse Oblige

Aside from the main stat, the Noblesse Oblige artifact also has the sub stat up to 4-sub stats. Of course, the starting number is based on its rarity. To note, an artifact cannot have the duplicate sub-stats and the sub-stats cannot be the same as the main stat.

Important Notes: Every four enhancement levels, the sub-stat of artifact is added or increased:

• If the artifact has fewer than four sub-stats, it will get a new random sub-stats with a random value from the list that we’ve explained above.
• If the artifact has four sub-stats, a random sub-stat will be increased by a random amount from the list that we’ve explained above.

How to Get Noblesse Oblige?

There are plenty of ways that you can take to get the Noblesse Oblige artifact. The way to get the Noblesse Oblige artifact is different based on the rarity. Both can be gotten in the same way.

You can get Noblesse Oblige artifacts from Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern domain. The Clear Pool and Mountain Cavern domain can be found north of Mt. Aozang in Liyue. You can totally unlock this domain through the In The Mountains quest.

What you have to do is to clear those domains and it will grant you the artifacts, one of them is Noblesse Oblige. Besides, you also have to complete any challenges of those domains with the higher levels to get better rewards.
