Favoritism can turn a healthy environment to be the one that is full of poison that is not easy to maintain. When there is a favoritism, each employee will be valued for their individual work and there will be no teamwork, which is one of the most important thing at workplace.

A power struggle is such a common thing in the medical field. It is usually between one or more of the office or business managers. The thing can result in an open or concealed battle between two parties. Even though this war does not always involve everyone at work, it can worse the work environment and a lot of things might be divided.

    • Talking too much

Each place likely to have a loquacious person or someone who talks too much without knowing the situation and time. The subjects vary. However, the most favorite one is personal thing and they rarely bring up about work. These kinds of people can be annoying can disturb the other ones while they are doing their own jobs. If you want to talk about these things, your close or personal friends might be the better ones to talk to.
    • It is not recommended to bring your personal issues to work with you. The whole office can be affected if you talk rudely with your coworkers when you are thinking of an argument that you had with your partner one day. In order to avoid the unnecessary things, it is better for you to leave your personal issues in your place and do not bring them to the workplace.
    • Make some basic rules that apply for you and your friends at work. For instance, when you cannot or rarely talk because you have a lot of things to do, let them know that it does not mean they are ignored or you are mad at them.
