Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific is with us. The tournaments are starting to get going now. For your information, BoomTV and Dr Disrespect are hosting a Warzone Code Red Showdown on the new Caldera map with $25k on the line on December 15. Well, here is what you need to know.

The Warzone update on December 15 brought some changes to the weapon balancing and bugs in the game, strengthening up the overall experience. In fact, not only that, but the anti-cheat kernel-level driver called Ricochet started to roll out globally with hope will be able to put an end to the hacking problem forever. Thus, BoomTV are hosting a 2v2 kill race tournament showing several of the most popular players in the game.

$25k Warzone Code Red Showdown Stream and Schedule

You are able to watch the tournament on the official BoomTV Twitch channel. But, if you’d prefer to watch certain players’ POVs, you are able to tune in to their individual channels to watch their gameplay. For your information, the tournament starts on December 15th, 2021 at 11 AM PT. And should last for a few hours into the night before the winner is crowned.

Need to know that it consist of eight-team, double-elimination bracket, along with duos going head-to-head in quad lobbies. Whichever duo obtains the highest kill count in said lobby will progresses to the next round.

How to Watch the World Series of Warzone?

Call of Duty: Warzone was stringing for a big tournament to decided who was the best in Verdansk. The World Series of Warzone showed the biggest names in Warzone esports and content creation. They would all be dropping into a massive private match lobby and duking it out against each other for getting a cut of large prize pool.

With NA and EU having their own trios and duos events respectively, there were 4 total tournaments each with a $400,000 total prize pool set to take place throughout 2021. With the best players all in one instance of Verdansk, it is sure to be a sweaty one.

Here is everything you must know about the star-studded event.

The scoring

All 75 of the duo teams would drop into private lobbies and played six games of Warzone in Verdansk. The teams would be awarded one point per kill, with a score multiplier in place dependent upon placement in the match.

The first place team won a x2 multiplier, the teams second through 15th would have a x1.5 multiplier, and the teams 16th through 50th would have no multiplier. Basically, the emphasis was on kills while also doubling the score of any team who won a match.

      For the first place, the team would be able to get $40,000.
    • Second place
      For the second place, the team would be able to get $30,000.
    • Third place
      For the third place, the team would be able to get $20,000.
    • Fourth place
      For the fourth place, the team would be able to get $16,000.
    • Fifth place
      For the fifth place, the team would be able to get $12,000.
    • Sixth place
      For the Sixth place, the team would be able to get $10,000.
    • Seventh place
      For the Seventh place, the team would be able to get $8,000.
    • Eighth place
      For the Eighth place, the team would be able to get $6,000.
    • Ninth place
      For the ninth place, the team would be able to get $4,000.
    • 10th place
      For the tenth place, the team would be able to get $3,600.
    • 11th place
      For the eleventh place, the team would be able to get $3,400.
    • 12th place
      For the twelfth place, the team would be able to get $3,200.
    • 13th place
      For the thirteenth place, the team would be able to get $2,800.
    • 14th place
      For the fourteenth place, the team would be able to get $2,600.
    • 15th place
      For the fifteenth place, the team would be able to get $2,400.

Captain’s Cup prizing

Scump, ShawnJ, HusKerrs, , Swagg, and Teepee’s drafted teams would also be competing in a side prize pool for the captains. Whichever captain’s team perform the best overall would assist draw from a $100,000 prize pool.

$100,000 Solo YOLO Drop

The last match of the day would be a winner-take-all game of Warzone. The winner would win $100,000, and the rest of the lobby wins absolutely nothing. It would likely be the sweatiest game in Verdansk you would ever see.

Some of you may not know how to watch the world series of Warzone. All contents of the World Series of Warzone would be broadcast on the official site of WorldSeriesofWarzone and also on the Twitch Rivals official channel that has already partnered up with Warzone for the event. For your information, the NA duos event would take place on November 17th at 3pm CT.
