How to Solve Zoom Virtual Background Without Green Screen Computer Doesn’t Meet Requirements

If you see something popping up on Zoom saying that the computer does not meet requirements, it means your system does not have enough resources to support adding a virtual background to your video feed in this platform.

The message saying Virtual Background not working from Zoom is usually shown after going to your desktop client, clicking on your profile picture, choosing settings, and clicking on the option named Virtual Background which is located in the left sidebar.

Apparently, a significant processing power is needed when adding a virtual background to your video feed, specifically on the part of the system. Basically, if you have an underpowered computer then the feature to add a virtual background to Zoom might not be available to you. Here is the system requirements for using a virtual background on computer:
