• First, you need to choose the concrete powder in your hotbar and place the concrete powder down on the ground.

• Then, pour the water onto the concrete powder. Well, to pour the water, each platform may be a different, here they are:

2. By tapping on the concrete powder (for Minecraft Pocket Edition)
