Method 7: Reset This PC

Doing so will allow you to save your personal files or erase them. This method is convenient and efficient. In order to reset your computer, you will need to click Update & Security on the Settings page.
The second step is to click Recovery and click Get Started on the right to continue. On the next step, choose whether you want to Keep my files or Remove everything to reset your PC. You will also have to read the subsequent messages and click Reset. This fix will take some time so please be patient. If it does not help to fix the problem out, you will have to reinstall your operating system.
