    1. Sign Up

First, you have to sign up. Making an account is fast, free and simple. They are going to ask you to select a username and password to identify your account along with several basic contact information. They are going to send you an e-mail or text message to verify and activate your account. There is no cost to make an account and search for inmates, prisoners, or detainees to connect with. You are able to use the visitation kiosk in the lobby to sign up, however you will need your phone to receive the activation code through text message or e-mail to activate your account.

    1. Make Connections

After you have established an account, then you are able to search for inmates, prisoners, or detainees to connect with. After you have located an individual that you want to connect with, you are able to send them a connection request. The inmate, prisoner, or detainee need to approve the connection request before you are able to schedule a visit.

    1. Schedule a Visit

After you are connected with an inmate, prisoner, or detainee at a location where they provide visitation service, you are able to use the website to schedule a visit. Make sure that you follow step by step correctly to schedule either a local / on-site visit, or a remote visit from home.

Follow these steps to schedule a local / on-site visit:

    • Firstly, you have to log in to your account.
    • After that, choose “Visitation” from the services menu.
    • Then, choose the “Schedule a Video Visit” button.
    • Please choose the inmate, prisoner, or detainee that you want to visit with.
    • Please choose the “Local Visit” option. For note: There is no charge for a local visit.
    • Now, you are able to choose how long you want to visit (usually, options will vary by facility, 15 or 30 minutes).
    • Afterwards, you have to choose the date that you want to visit. For your information, visits are able to be scheduled up to seven days in advance.
    • In this step, you are able to choose the time that you want to visit.
    • Lastly, confirm the details of your visit and then press the “Confirm and Schedule Visit” button.

After scheduled you are going to see the details of the visit on your list of scheduled visits on the site. On the day of your visit, you have to arrive at the local facility about ten minutes before your visit is scheduled to begin. About an hour before your visit, they are going to send you a text message or e-mail reminder of your visit that will include a Visitation QuickCode. This Visitation QuickCode can be entered on the lobby kiosk to start your visit. Also, you are able to log in with your username and password if you do not receive a Visitation QuickCode or want to use the lobby kiosk to schedule another visit.

After you begin your visit, then the system will wait until the inmate is also logged into their kiosk. Once both parties are present, then the visit will begin. Automatically the visit will end when time runs out.

Warning: Be on time for your visit. Visits do not run past the scheduled end time, thus if your visit starts late, you will not be able to use your fully scheduled amount of time. It is the visitor and inmate’s responsibility to be on time for visits. They are not responsible if the inmate does not join the visit on time and you cannot use the fully scheduled amount of time.
