Actually, Cozy Cottage’s design is similar to the Happy Home of Robloxia’s design, with a modern and rustic theme. The kitchen in this Cozy Cottage is medium, not too big. The bathroom in this Cozy Cottage is small, but has all necessities. Of course, it has a kitchen. There are two bedrooms in this Cozy Cottage, which one is long in terms of size, but it is not huge. The bedroom has 1 bed, an armchair, an alarm clock and a closet. In another bedroom is a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a bed. This home costs $20,000.
Peaceful Living
This Peaceful Living is a house with a peaceful suburban theme. The rooms of this Peaceful Living house are much bigger than the Cozy Cottage and the Happy Home of Robloxia’s room. Also, this Peaceful Living is the cheapest pre-built house to have a garage. For your information, this house costs $50,000.
Classic Family Home
This Classic Family Home is a large, mini-mansion style home containing a wide bedroom and living room, as well as a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, and a wide garage for vehicles. For your information, this Classic Family Home costs $75,000.
Small Suburban
This Small Suburban is the second most expensive pre-built house that you can buy in the game of Welcome to Bloxburg. Need to know that the house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a fenced in outside, it is based on suburban houses in Canada and the United States. For your information, this home costs $85,000.
The Bloxington Mansion
The Bloxington Mansion is the largest and the most expensive pre-built house in Bloxburg. Aside from that, being the only prebuilt house to have an outer wall in Bloxburg, it has a lot of rooms. Building a House in Welcome to Bloxburg
Here are steps to build a house in Bloxburg:
Part 1: Getting Started

- Firstly, make an empty plot. When you join the game for the first time, you will be given a free plot and a default home. To make additional plots, it costs you Blockbux. If you cannot make a new plot, you are able to sell your starter house or current house.
- Then, think of a theme for your house. You have to decide whether you want it to be modern, farmhouse, suburban, etc.
- Now, you are able to make a plan for your house. When you build, it is maybe more difficult when you do not know what you want.
- Please open Bloxburg’s build mode. This gives you the choice to edit your current plot. If you go to your mailbox and press E, the option to enter build mode will appear, along with several other convenient options. Just click “Build Mode” and you must be standing on your plot, ready to build a house.
Part 2: Building the Exterior

- You are able to place the walls. Ensure that there is at least space for a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a garage.
- Make the floor. You will be able to add the floor by clicking each corner from left to right, or right to left. To make it easier, just click the automatic version. If you place it manually, ensure you do not skip a corner.
- Now, you need to make a door for your house. You are able to place a door which fits your house.
- Also, you are able to add windows. Place them in spots where they are functional and will not be blocked by bookshelves, stairs, cabinets, beds, etc.
- Then, build the roof. You are able to set the roof automatically or manually.
- Please click the Decorations button on the bottom left of your screen to decorate your house, and add objects like paths, garden lights, plants, tables, chairs, doorbells, etc.
- You are able to paint the exterior of your house. The tool of paint can be found on the bottom of your screen or activated by the F button on your keyboard. The part of the house you are painting will turn blue when you hover over it.
