Of course, you should sell your turnips to Timmy and Tommy for more than you bought them from Daisy Mae on Sunday. According to some sources, the highest sell price of turnips can reach approximately 660 bells, though it is very rare to reach.

This is only one pattern in which you will lose playing the Stalk Market on your own island. To make a profit, you will have to visit another island when you get the Decreasing Pattern or eat the inevitable loss.

The only one way to purchase turnips in Animal Crossing is to visit Daisy Mae on your island. By meeting her, you will be able to play Stalk Market, a requirement to sell your turnips.
To spawn Daisy Mae and enable the Stalk Market, make sure you have fully constructed the Nook’s Cranny Shop building on your island. After that, Daisy Mae will visit your island with turnips every Sunday between the hours of 05:00 and 12:00.
You can find Daisy Mae in a random location on your island, so you may need to explore the entire area until you find her. You can buy turnips from Daisy Mae within the 90 – 110 Bells range.
