The most important thing to know about foraging Bouncy eggs is that they are hidden everywhere across the Fortnite map. You may will find at least one set of them in every match. They are a floor loot item, so you need to keep your eyes open.
There are some locations in which Bouncy eggs spawn in the higher clusters. The Fortnite map provides some of the most concentrated egg spawn areas. All the known egg spawns are highlighted in yellow. So far, we have located three areas which have a high concentration of egg spawns. If you travel across the north-western edge of the island, you are able to discover roughly 12 eggs in a single match. Aside from that, there is a large cluster in the large, open fields around Lake Canoe. Lastly, you are able to discover a cluster of about seven Bouncy eggs just West of Primal Pond. Although there are five tiers to complete in this Legendary quest to get the maximum amount of XP, but you only need to complete the first tier to unlock the Tactical Quaxes pickaxe.
To unlock the Tactical Quaxes pickaxe in Fortnite, do these steps below:
- Firstly, load up Fortnite and ensure you have downloaded the latest update.
- Then, you have to submit a Battle Royale match.
- After that, search around the Island Fortnitee map for Bouncy Eggs.
- Please pick 10 of these up and you are going to complete the first Legendary Quest tier.
- Now the Tactical Quaxes pickaxe is going to be yours to keep.
- After you have completed the first tier and been rewarded with the free Tactical Quaxes pickaxe, it will appear in your Locker straight away for you to equip alongside your favorite skin.
Completing the next four tiers in this Legendary Quest will award you with 24,500 XP for each stage. Therefore, it is definitely worth looking for more Bouncy Eggs when you continue to play.

Bouncy Eggs are a new item that you can forage. As explained above, they are able to be found all throughout the Fortnite map to celebrate Easter and Fortnite’s Spring Breakout event. Besides raking in XP from the Legendary Quest, Bouncy Eggs give some benefit to the players. Also, they give the player a small jump boost and avoid fall damage while a player is under their status effect. Aside from that, they also give a small amount of Shield if you are not already maxed out.
Info about Legendary Quests
The Legendary Quests are Fortnite weekly challenges which reward you with massive amounts of XP for each tier of the challenge you complete. Usually, the tiers follow a specific pattern of improving numbers, but occasionally they improve exponentially, making the higher tiers much more difficult to complete. This Legendary Quest of foraging Bouncy Eggs increases by 10 for each tier. When you complete the first tier, you are going to get the Tactical Quaxes Pickaxe.

Foraging the Bouncy Eggs in Fortnite is only available for a week. The quest has five tiers and the quest is recommended for a team of four players. If you are playing in Squads, you are able to share any progress you make in this Legendary Quest with your teammates.
Keep to note that foraging Bouncy Eggs quest is available from Thursday, 1st April at 3pm (GMT) till 2:59pm (GMT) on Thursday, 8th April at 2:59pm. As we know that completing this Legendary quest will give you rewards; both XP and a new harvesting tool named called the Tactical Quaxes.
