EZStation Default Password and Username

The default username of EZStation is admin and the default password of it is 123456. Both of them can be used to try default login if you lost or forgot the password for the EZStation software or account. Please follow this guide if you want to reset the password.

Use a user account with permissions to fix the password

Basically, you can try to log in to the default admin account by using the username and password that have been mentioned before:

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 123456

If you have the older versions of EZStation or if the above one does not work, you can try to log in with these following details instead:

  • Username: admin
  • Password: 12345

Method 1: Use a user account with permissions to fix the password

In case the user that has lost the password is not the default admin account, then any account that has been given permission to modify the users are able to adjust the password, which includes the default admin account. Please log in to the default admin account or the one with the correct permissions. Then, click the menu button which is able to be found in the upper left corner, and then click the Control Panel. The next thing that you will need to do is to click the User Management which is located in the Control Panel. After that, choose the user that you want to modify the password on, and then click the Edit button. Lastly, input the new password for the user into both boxes and then hit the OK button. In the end, the user will now be able to log in with the new password.

Method 2: Reinstall EZStation

Here is the alternative method for you. if the EZStation has been uninstalled and each configuration file is removed, in the end, the default account or admin/123456 will be able to be used again. Reinstalling the EZStation using this method will get rid of all added devices, users, and settings. Take a note that you are only recommended to do this reinstall if there is no way to recover the password.

First of all, you will need to find the directory in which the EZStation software is installed. By the default, it is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\EZStation\EZManager). To be able to do this, please right click on the shortcut to open the EZStation and then choose Open File Location. Feel free to write down the path to the directory or leave the window with it open. The next step is to navigate to the Uninstall or Change Programs section of the Control Panel.
