Best AR in Warzone Right Now

Everyone keeps talking about the best assault rifles in Call of Duty Warzone in meta and it is not surprising as these assault rifles continue to be the main pick for a lot of players thanks to their sheer firepower.

One of the abilities of assault rifles is crashing at both close and long range. They are really well rounder. They are known to be so good at adapting to different situations and they can do it easily. These abilities are the things that make them well loved and it seems like their popularity will keep increasing day by day.

While they are not the only available options, they are the top ones as the others are not all particularly striking. There are a few assault rifles that have become the most sought ones. With the addition of the new ones to the roster in the recent seasons, it is clearly not easy to find the ones that are best for you. If you have no idea about the assault riffle that is best to use, here is the list of the best assault riffles in Call of Duty Warzone to help you conquering in the battle royale:

    1. AK-47 – Cold War (S tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

AK-47 – Cold War

The AK-47 was overlooked when the Call of Duty Cold War season was just released. However, it now looks decent due to its high damage output. However, it might need some times to get used to the high recoil. Even so, it will be worth it even it may not be easy for some people.

The AK-47 is good at holding its own with the other strong assault rifles. It is also known to be deadly at mid to long ranges. Attachments can be such a good helper to get rid of the recoil. Besides, every player is able to customize the weapon so that it can be better at close ranges or deadly at long distances.

    1. C58 (S tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

Compared to the other assault rifles that are available in Call of Duty Cold War, the C58 is special. This one has a high damage output at close ranges. Unfortunately, it fires much slower compared to the other guns in its class. Apart from that, it also has a lower movement speed, which means it is not the best option for run and gun players. However, for those who are set on the high damage output, do not miss a chance to experiment with attachments in order to improve the performance of it.

    1. FARA 83 (A tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

FARA 83 has the ability to punch above its weight class when it comes to range. As a player, you can use it to easily get rid of enemies from a distance. It is especially good when you are able to control its recoil. There are a few attachments that can be used to improve the range and accuracy of this weapon. You can consider it as an option for both Call of Duty Cold War and Call of Duty Warzone.

    1. FFAR 1 (A tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

The FFAR 1 was preferred by many when the Call of Duty Cold War was released. Right now, it has an intense recoil that is hard to control. It is even harder before attachments that lower the recoil are unlocked. Nevertheless, this thing still causes decent damage even though the recoil is to blade for making it much less viable weapon.

    1. QBZ-83 (A tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

The QBZ-83 is the kind of assault rifle that is able to be customized for close quarter cases. Apart from that, it does not have much to offer. You can use this one for fun but if you want to win, you are encouraged to find another better option.

    1. XM4 (A tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

The XM4 is proven to be effective that is suitable for almost any situation. Unfortunately, it has no skill in excelling in any certain area. For the high skilled players, it is not the best option and you are encouraged to find the other options. However, the statement does not mean that XM4 is bad at its job. It is good but it is still below a fully equipped Krig 6 or AK-47.

    1. Krig 6 (B tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

Krig 6

Krig 6 has been named as the best assault rifle in Call of Duty Cold War by many. This one is the perfect choice at almost all ranges. It has been named as one of the preferred assault rifles by the professional players of the game along with the AK-47.

Compared to the other assault rifles like the AK-47 or the FFAR 1, the Krig 6 has less damage but it has a good accuracy and recoil. With the correct attachments, the recoil is able to almost be totally eliminated and it is perfect for those who have a hard time learning recoil patterns or controlling sprays.

    1. Groza (C tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

Since the first time it was released in Call of Duty Warzone, the Groza has been always a decent one. Even so, it is not that spectacular and not many people looking for it. With the Season 4 update, it became better and it is more viable weapon now in medium to long range engagements compared to the previous one. Even though it is better, there is no way for it to be the best option in League Play.

If the list above is not enough, you might also want to consider some other assault rifles such as EM2 (A tier – Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War), Grav (B tier – Call of Duty Cold War), CR-56 AMAX (B tier – Call of Duty Modern Warfare), M4A1 (B tier – Call of Duty Modern Warfare), and RAM-7 (B tier – Call of Duty Modern Warfare).
